I remember how during the covid time people sold sanitisers at double prices. There was a shortage of sanitisers here at that time and people were dying to buy them now that covid is not there their market has gone down and there are plenty of companies making but not experiencing good sales.
Now the market of sanitizers has gone down.

In my place, the price of sanitizers remains the same. What I observe this time, face masks are hoarded by pharmacies. Is there a new virus coming? It seems a new virus is coming. We are not yet virus- free and we better stock sanitizers this time, and even face masks and face shield God forbids,

I don't know about the new virus. I am still having tough days as my wife is still in the hospital as she is not well. She has swelling in her liver and having breathing issues for which says it will take 15 more days for her to recover

Yes, the demand for sanitiser has reduced. People like to wash their hands with soap here now, they don't like to waste their money. It was frustrating when we has to buy them on the price more than MRP.
In India before the Covid only a very small percentage of people used to own sanitizers and even they used to use it in a very little proportion but after covid everyone started using it and that too in large quantity and thankfully the things are better now

Yes I remember I never used it before the pandemic. Kids were asked to bring sanitiser in the school even before covid. I used to wonder why the teacher used to focus on bringing it but then misunderstood how important it is.
We used to have some in the office and they used to feel like king when they used to use it but in a matter of few months everyone started to use it and the reason was awareness and affordability because their prices were decreased so everyone can afford to buy
I am so sorry about the situation of your wife. Why is she sick like that liver swelled? I am hoping her doctor had undergone the right diagnosis and prescriptions of medicine. Does she have hepatitis? Does she smoke before? Life is so hard this time. I pray to God to heal your wife.

No she doesn't smoke. It's an effect of dengue. Yes the life is so hard few days back my son was hospitalised due to dengue and now my wife in the same hospital. She also had some other affects due to dengue. Now one of my nephews in the same building where we live is suffering from fever from last 3 days. It seems he is always dengue positive. Lately I have been hearing lots of people are dying because of dengue here.

I don't know what is he doing, he might be sleeping. They are not conscious about the people, they think we should help ourselves and rightly so. We should not allow mosquitoes to breed anywhere at home or in the surrounding.
We have to kill the mosquitoes, burn dry leaves or sleep with a mosquito net. At home, we do not have a mosquito net. We seldom find mosquitoes here. My sister always burns dry leaves and we also have a mosquito killer chargeable. It is like a lawn tennis bat.

We also have that racket but that's not sufficient, I already have an electric mosquito repellent but that is not sufficient to get rid of them. I bought an insecticide and sprayed it under the bed in the rooms.
It's expected for sanitizer's market to go down after the pandemic or should I say it returned back to normal? Sanitizers became heavily demanded due to the pandemic so it's okay for it sales to reduce since the factor that is boosting it is gradually going on extinct so people do not have the urge to buy more sanitizers.
In our place, number of Covid cases remain at a pretty high level. People are still using sanitizers on a regular basis. The demand is still there.
