OJT Is On Job Training and it's getting more and more popular in business and this is why most companies are going for it as this way they can train these trainees on job and is useful for trainees too.

Yes! Is popular these days because it is a win-win situation. Both the company and employee will benefit from the training. Secondly, most graduates are no qualified in some job aspect. On the other hand, it is quite difficult for companies to get employees that are qualified at a cheap price.

I don't think they will because not many complain about it so these people are never punished for their acts.

I did my OJT at a well-known airline here in the Philippines. I did not get paid for my OJT, but that was fine because I was able to learn a lot.

OJT is required by students who are in fourth-year college. They cannot graduate if do not undergo on-the-job training. The office will grade them. It is part of their course curriculum.

Yes most business owners tend to go for this cause it is usually very hard to find professional workers who they can hire so it is better to train others to the level or standard they want.

I think on the job training is very effective in our world today. You get to learn practically while you are still working.

Why not sometimes it is better to train others which will be cheaper to the level that they will he very helpful for what the business owners need te reach.
