There are many people who think that when the design of a website becomes just too old, the design must be upgraded. However, I do not think that this is necessarily the case. If your website has a really old design, then it does not mean that the new design would necessarily be great. Do you agree or not?

There is need to upgrade a website once it become outdated. There is need to make a website more responsive and adaptive to trending designings. HTML websites can not be able to compete aggressively with modern sites.
