One major issue with young entrepreneurs today

The young entrepreneurs we have today are very eager to succeed, while this is a good thing, it can also be their weakness. Due to their desire to succeed, most young entrepreneurs no longer have the patience to do things step and step, majority of them end up making or taking wrong decisions simply because they did not think it through. They see other successful business owners and they aim to be like that instantly without having to work like they did.

I agree with you, young entrepreneurs of today no longer have the patience to do things gradually. They want things happening immediately which is impossible which leads to wrong decision making.

One major issue I see in regard to young entrepreneurs is that start without enough preparation . They are in such a hurry that they do not even try to build skills and knowledge they need to become successful.

The young entrepreneurs are hot and aggressive to become rich instantly despite no experience. They are like gamblers doing things without knowing where to reach win or lose.
