That is my complain too. I had lower back pain for sitting for hours in the office and they payment is low too

Well, this kind of job has gained much attention from many freelancers and there are many people who get paid a good amount of money for that, but it all depends on where you live and how well you perform.

It's actually not that easy at first and you really have to be good in English. I already quit because of too many transcribers in those site and most of the time the files are tough audio which is hard to listen to

Unfortunately, not. If you are not a native speaker of English, it is very hard to do transcriptions. Of course, you can do transcriptions in your mother tongue if available.
