Each business have a specific time they open. Some persons start their business as early as 7am or 8am, while there are others who start between 9 and 10am, giving their staff enough time to sort out their personal activities before coming to work. What time do you think its the best for a business to open officially for the day.

I think it should be as early as 8am. For me 7am prompt to work as always been too early for me.

Okay 8am is not really a bad time though but if the staffs are to resume by 8am, what time do you think they should close?
I believe that it depends on the type of business. Anyway, 8am is a convenient opening hour for most people.
It is good that your customers know the opening time. 10.00 am is a very good time to buy groceries.
Very well said and there are business that needs to start early in the morning whereas others are opened late for example fast food stores mostly open in the evening

It depends on what type of business it is. Like if you do a business of milk then you should start it as early as possible in the morning. Here usually they start at 4 am. And if you have business clothing then it's fine to start late in the morning say from 11 am till late evening.
Yes, it is good if the workers reach the workplace 10 minutes before their actual shift schedule. In my company, the bus schedule is such that the workers reach at job 20 minutes before their shift starts.
Not all businesses and offices start at the same time. Malls in my city open at 9:00 in the morning and end at 8 in the evening. Other malls start at 10 o" clock in the morning. But offices officially start at exactly 8 in the ring and the employees need to log in.

That's true and this is what we call warm-up. We also ask line engineers too to join the office an hour before their shift starts so that they may be able to take handover from their reliever and may know anything specific about the line.
