If you're out of love of your business then better hire someone to assume it with a handsome amount so your business will not die in it's natural death. Think about your customers you engaged with they are the people who make your business fat, but you suddenly change your interest, no more love for your business. That happens if you lack passion inspiration and holding power. and most especially, no goals.

If you hire someone who has knowledge, skills, and expertise on your business, you have higher chances of becoming successful. However, this also cost a lot of money, and might not be a viable option for small business owners.

That's true hire only skilled exert, passion exists in his heart with strong motivation and drive to accomplish his goals to make his business look like a pro. The workers will also be motivated to work hard.
If you are no longer interested in your business, don't sit back and wait for it to deteriorate. Hire someone to do the job for you. Alternatively, you may sell your business and do something which you are interested in.

Out of love for your business means you feel frustrated because of the sales that are getting slower and it is not your business to blame but yourself for not making it grow big. A business needs constant planning and innovating.
