A website where the admin is from India is providing local payment options means it remains possible in half of the cases to cash out if this requirement is filled.

Yeah. That's a problem. A lot of paid to post sites and forums do not pay through PayUmoney.

It can be used for selling digital or physical products or services in India. I have used it once and received a small payment a few years ago.

I remember I see this option while deposit to AirTM.

I have never heard of this payment gateway, therefore, I don't know if it is good for Indians. I have also never seen any site that use this payment provider.
