Perennials or seasonal flowers?

We had many seasonal flowers when we started gardening in our new home. But these days we mostly have perennials specially since we have several trees around. Seasonal flowers need a lot of sun. Also seasonal flowers need to be planted every season for which time is required.

Perennials need less maintenance and less time to nurture them. We mostly have alamanda in two sizes.

We have a good land to have them, but it depends on our landlord. In such a situation, I would rather not ask permission and let them do it instead.

In my case, I have the idea to look for them. But I do not have the time to plant them, if ever.
