Planning meals in advance

I know many people that like to plan their meals like they will have this on Monday, that on Tuesday and something special on Sundays and I feel it is a very good thing.

Do you also plan your meals in Advance?

No, there's nothing like that, it all depends on when you wake up what's there in your fridge.

So your family also doesn't follow this? Ours also don't follow this but we plan 1-2 days in advance

I often think have idea for today. I have always food in apartment and I just choose what to eat in morning.

I am extra. I make my meals for the week every Sunday. Different meals day. So my lunches and supers are packed on diposabls every Sunday. Only food I makeona daily is my breakfast and snacks. I am always bizzy so I hardly have time.

Its a good thing, My mom have some plans to what to cook although we don't make rigid plans and are flexible with our planning but she always have something planned for the meals

I notice how I spend much money on food. Inflation here killing me. When my vacation finish and I start work again I will start make plans for several days in advance. Also start cook bigger amount of food and froze it for next meals. Some people save a lot of money this way.

We need to look at the money we are spending and many times its the money we spend on food that make us broke as sometimes we spend without thinking and food is one of the thing that is getting expensive with every day
