Plans for a down time in business

Running a business is never easy, there are times when things are okay, then there are times where thing might be abit rough. Though no body wants to experience down time, but do you have plans for your business Incase there is down time?
For me when things are pretty rough, I usually rely on my online business and online gigs to earn extra that would sustain me.

That's very normal in business. Every business has its own ups and downs and the businessman ought to know their businesses.

This is the biggest challenge for those who have small-scale businesses. They need to exert more effort to make them as profitable as possible. It was not easy, but they need to work harder than before. It is a matter of surviving in the business world. We can never tell if it is feasible, despite all the possible interventions.

When I was running a restaurant, we operated 7 days a week, however, we also went down when staff left.

For me l normally go for the emergency business funding that can revamp the business during the rainy days.

Throughout those period when my business experienced downtimes, I used to fall back to my parents. But we have grown and become too strong to have downtimes.

I have not really had a downtime in my business before. But I have a side hustle that can sustain me if that ever happens.
