Powerful enemies causing losses to online investors

In some countries, powerful officials in the internet sector are extremely vicious in causing losses to the online workers they hate, causing great financial losses intentionally. Does anyone have powerful enemies intentionally causing losses online.

I am not aware about this. It is not a good thing to do though. All I know, my country is planning to let online workers to have taxes.

The harassment of powerful government employees is a major problem for some citizens, though they get a very good salary, pension and bribes the government employees and some companies are extremely ruthless in causing losses.
