Precautions to be taken witb eggs selling business

Eggs are very sensitive. I think one needs to be very careful in handling the eggs in each tray. The trays are also not strong. The best is to place the egg trays in a strong box closer to each other to avoid banging against each other. My cousin sells eggs by tray but I do not know how her store helper brings the eggs. They have a van maybe the eggs are placed there in a solid box. I will ask my cousin. I am so curious too.
Yes, the packaging is the main concern while running an egg-selling business. They are very sensitive and break if they are transported or not handled with care. I see lots of eggs rejected as they are found cracked even in the tray.

Though i do not know much about eggs but i believe the weather condition of where the eggs are being stored should also be considered. If the place is too hot, then there is every possibility that the eggs may go bad quickly. It should be stored in a place not too hot and not too cold.

This is one area one selling eggs must be pretty careful with. You would have to packaged it properly or else you might running at a loss with the business.
Egg vendors immediately sell the eggs to avoid damage. Eggs need to be refrigerated. They become spoiled. Once cooked, the egg yolk turned gray or blackish sign that it is no longer fresh. Also, the spoiled egg easily bursts in boiling water despite low heat. I am a victim of that, buying spoiled eggs despite I refrigerated them.

This is why eggs look a risky business and this means we need to be extra careful when starting an egg business.

Yeah you are right unless the seller has good amount of customers if not it is not advisable to buy in large quantities
The most important precaution would be to not eat all the eggs yourself lol because these are so good for us and our health and can be prepared in different ways lol other than that we need to keep these under shade and in normal temperature or fridge
The major problem with eggs business in my area is bad roads because when you want to transport the eggs and the roads are bad, it will affect it.
Eggs are very vulnerable to diseases if it's from a sick parent, precautions should be taken at the point of purchase. Also, if the inside is exposed to air or bad temperature, it is bound to spoil.
One of the precaution that you have to look after in this kind of business is to try as much as possible to avoid doing deliveries in a long-distance place to avoid damage on the road.
It is a profitable business as I see lots of people doing it here. We have shops here that sell eggs but they also keep other things too with them. But as others said it's a sensitive business as the egg easily broke if not handled carefully.
The need for carefulness when handling eggs cannot be stressed enough. You need to pack them in containers that are enclosed so that it would not fall off and break.
