Private Connection?

One website, on which I was writing articles and earning, stopped to load for me a year or two ago, and whenever I try to login to that site, it says

"Your connection is not private". What does it mean?​

I have had a lot of run in with such sites in the past, it's why I thought as much that's gonna be the reason.

The date of the computer is false sometimes your date is 28/07/2022 however today is 29/07/2022 which causes such an error too.

If the website owner blocks your IP, you might not be able to access the website.
