Private Limited Company or a Partnership Business

Between private limited company and partnership business, which do you think is a better business prospects? Do you have experience in any of these business models?

I have done a partnership business before. It is good in terms of collaborative effort. Private limited liability company is expanded and incorporated. It would have lots of bureaucracy.
