Profit or customer satisfaction?

One of the primary goal of every business owner is to make profit, but while making profit is important, customer satisfaction also matters a lot. As a business owner which do you think should be your top priority? Personally i think it should be customer satisfaction. In other to make profit you need customer satisfaction first, this would be the reason why they would return..

Exactly, businesses become successful because of their brand loyalty and repeat business of satisfied customers, without satisfied customers, you can expect no repeat business and thus barely any profit.

This requires a business person to choose between long term profiting and short term profiting. If you' want to turn in a profit for a long time, you should think of customers satisfaction.
