micromanaging by managers has its good side which includes

The employers or managers showing at least that they Care about their subordinate

With this style there's room to Make Mistakes and be corrected

Bad sides or the cons are ;

Long wasted time by the supervisors over nothing

The employer will make the Employee have resentment.for him

With micromanaging there will be Increased Staff turnover and Unhealthy anxiety by the workers

I think the disadvantage surpassed the advantage. Micromanaging can affect the decision making and bring unnecessary distractions and delays. Micromanaging is more of problem than solution. Decisions should be taken fast. Wasting time on decision making can affects the company success.

With such attitude, this would create less room for the staffs to do what they want or operate the business any how they feel like cause they are aware the manager or business owner would be aware of whatever they do.
