Every site have some set of rules and policies you must comply with or you get yourself throw out of the site

Yes, I totally agree with you, it is mandatory for us to read the terms and conditions that apply on each site, as when we work in a company we must obey the rules that apply. Our ignorance of the rules that apply will make us fall into mistakes without us knowing it.
