It is one of the most popular earn passive income but it is not very easy. Finding clients to buy or rent your properties may be something that is quite difficult and that was what discouraged me too

Real estate is an investment that you don't have to do anything on it after purchase for it to yield in future. Just buy a land, survey and fence it round. Come back three years later and sell it at a profit.

It needs someone to be a rich person to start because it costs a fortune except if you have real estate for rental and not for being sold it could be something as lifetime income in this case. Because you may find many people who want to rent and rare who wants to purchase and rebuy.

What is the lowest salary of a foreign employee in Croatia if someone is getting 500 euros then 200 euros per person should be a high commission. But if getting 2000 euros then it is 10 % of salary so not a big amount of money?

Salary is just little above 500 euros. Workers from foreign countrys work at lowest paid jobs. Acommodation is in price and worker don't pay it than employer. Often in room you have 3-4 roomates and work 12 hours per day.
