With the build up in the artery it can put one at risk for coronary artery disease which includes heart failure, heart attack, and even stroke.

I like fried food as long as it's not too oily. For very oily foods, I don't like them because they cause discomfort in the throat. But I'm still within reasonable limits and don't eat too much fried food.

Yes it is good to eat within a reasonable limit. The thing is that you can't fall into something you know it's harmful to you deliberately.

Because they contains lots of oil , fats which accumulate in our arteries and increase cholesterol causing heart problems, blood pressure issues. Therefore we should eat oily foods in moderation
