It is because they are not listening to their customers' concerns. If they are not giving the right resolutions, why would these customers be interested with the company and its services.

Another reason is employees lack motivations to function better for the customers, salary is below poverty line. For me it's wrong for the more the business becomes weak because of the poor performance of the employees in relations to customer services. The more no salary increase to happen to them.
