Receiving UPI payment without a smartphone

Due to security reasons, I do not use my smartphone for banking transactions. Is it possible to receive UPI payment in India without a smartphone, any information is greatly appreciated?

I remember hearing similar thing but was unable to find any information but I'll try to find a way because I think it's possible.

I can use internet banking for a few banks, so I would like to find out, if it is possible to receive payment with only internet banking, without smartphone.

I did not understand what you meant by upi and I would love to know more about it.

I do not think its possible though, if get i understand what you are saying correctly, you need a device that can actually connect to the internet to be able to make your transactions.
