I am willing to get a persistent person. Even if the business is not going on well, he or she should still be persistent

Look for a partner that is trust worthy. A partner that just sent the growth of the business and not one with an ulterior motives.

I experienced having a business partner but he was abusive. He always asked money in advance and he also left after he used up the capital. I sued him but till now still at large.

Yeah everyone can't be Bad so you would see one person that would still be trust worthy no matter what. So yeah some partners are trust worthy.

Yes, I totally agree with you, the other characters I'm looking for are honest and trustworthy people, friendly and polite characters, hard workers, don't give up easily, like challenges, and so on.

If I were in such a position, I would prefer not to have a partner. I would rather choose sole proprietorship because there is no need for me to deal with a partner for the decision making matter. I must say that I don't want to feel stressed in a complicated situation.

No, no one can have our exact character. But we can still look for those that has good character that we can be able to work with. But it is not common to see good character
