Watch out for people that always run to you for help and go away after you've helped them.

I hate those people too. Really annoying to help someone, only to have them disappear without a word, then to come back again asking for help, as if nothing happened.

Keep an eye out for those who never admit when they are wrong, who rationalize bad behavior, and who always seem to find someone else to blame. This kind of person is really toxic and a big red flag.
