I also do not like that, it gives a headache. The students are erratic and very noisy people. They cannot stop themselves bringing their barkadas.
Only those with big capitalists can afford to man a business like this. It is not only the building but the contents of it, the lighting services, water services, cabinets for each room, beds for each room, and more.
If you engage in rental properties, you are definitely going to make passive income for yourself.
I agree that renting is a good passive income because I am doing that kind of business, I do have a videoke rental business and it is doing good, an easy money with less supervsion.
