This task can be completed in any forum section and isn't limited to this particular November Contest Forum section. For every ten threads you reply to, you will receive 1 Feather. You can receive up to four feathers in total every 12 hours. This would be 1 feather for every 10 replies you post or 4 feathers for every 40 replies you post.
Feathers are automatically credited to your account balance. Once you reach the maximum number of feathers, 4, in a 12-hour period, you will be unable to obtain feathers for this task for 12 hours after your last feather is credited.
