Honestly, the puzzle is very hard. I don't know the right step to take and who the workers can report the company to but I know that if they don't pay, workers wont do their work diligentlyWhat do you think are the right steps a worker can take when there's a consistent delayed of salary payment by the employer?
You don't want bypassing your boss. Report it to your boss but for sure your boss have heard about the delayed payment. Next step is the HR. If no active from HR, we report them to our labor department, a government agency for investigation.Honestly, the puzzle is very hard. Well that is true. Lastly, I will report such a company to the government and fold my arms to see what the government will do to thatYou don't want bypassing your boss. I think it is better to go straight to the government agencies as the Boss might even be better of the company HRYou don't want bypassing your boss. Yes we are still waiting and I don't think there is any way to push them to pay us every month on timeSame here you can't do much ifvyju are a private worker. But it can be very annoying
Ha, this is taking long maybe they might add some incentive to it.Yes we are still waiting and I don't think there is any way to push them to pay us every month on time
There is nothing you can do except to bear it and be persevere. If after you have complained with courtesy and the situation doesn't improve, then the only option left is to either bear it or quit. What do you think are the right steps a worker can take when there's a consistent delayed of salary payment by the employer?
Not just in India. This happens in countries where strong labour laws are lacking. Most private companies are good in that. Randomly hiring and firing workers with ease.In India when you are working in a private sector you cannot do anything when the salary is delayed because companies do that and the only option left is to manage or find a new job
Maybe bearing it for sometime to see how it goes. This leaving wouldn't even change anything then. There is nothing you can do except to bear it and be persevere. If after you have complained with courtesy and the situation doesn't improve, then the only option left is to either bear it or quit.
Most employers are manipulative. They'll continue with their bad habits as long as workers are patient. Anyone that tries to revolt will be sacked. Better to leave when necessary.Maybe bearing it for sometime to see how it goes. This leaving wouldn't even change anything then.
