Roasted peanuts

Searching for healthy foods, I came across recommendations for eating roasted peanuts. I see they are loaded with health properties I eat them as a snack every day. They are readily available online I do a bit of roasting once I get them as I pefer something crisp.

What is your latest discovery when it comes to healthy food?

I love roasted peanuts. As a matter of fact, I love nuts. I take a handful of walnuts or almonds as my afternoon snacks every day.

I like roasted peanuts, I also like peanut butter but I avoid buying packaged roasted peanuts and bottled peanut butter because of high sodium or sugar
