What would you consider as really 'rough and tough' in your life, and why?

Right now I would say learning to accept that my best friend and father to my child is no longer that, he is just nothing to me right now . Learning to co-parent and be civil with the person that broke my heart in the worst way possible and being able to wake up and face the world while my heart is bleeding.
