Running a barbing salon is a pretty common business here in my location and even in other places. Most of these shops usually have more than one barber, but how do they pay them?
There are days where the number of persons barbing hair might be few, are they paid based on the numbers of persons they cut or are they paid on a monthly basis?

Yes that's true, i know for a fact that they are making money, especially does ones that are well packaged. I have seen a barbing salon that charges up to 2,000 for a hair cut. But what i am confused about is how they pay their workers. If they are paid on a monthly basis or per day based on the numbers of customers they get.

Yes barbing salon are making it big now especially those in the city with different facilities. They bring in other people to help them I think it is on a commission basis.

The barbing shop I have my haircut, there are two barbers and they share whatever amount of money they make each day equally among themselves. I believe that way is better and no one is cheated. They contribute for routine maintenance.

For the case of my friend who is running the most busiest barber shop in our trading centre, the workers are always being paid on daily basis. With that one is comfortable with the wages as they are mostly paid according to the number of clients they attend to in a day.

Running a barber salon is something that would work out well for someone where I live. Many are always looking to get new styles, get their hair done for nights out or even parties with friends.

It all depends on how many would use a barbers and whether it would be worthwhile opening one.

In my country more than 2 barbers can work in a single barber shop and they share the rent payment among them, and the money they get from the service will be their, they don't share the money they make because they all have different customers.

Though possible, i doubt if i have seen anyone like this here in my country. Over here a single barbing shop belonging to one person can have up to three or four barbers working there. What am confused about is if they give all they earn to the shop owner or they simply give him a percentage then take the rest as their own.

There, you get customers who want to use your services frequently, hence you make so much profit. These businesses hire several barbers so as to serve more customers, they are able to pay them as long as they get many customers. I am sure they won't hire people when they cannot afford to pay them.
