This would have been q great idea and it would limit the spending or some to some extent, but the truth of the matter is with the introduction of ATM cards and online internet bank transfer, one can easily obtain more cash for spending.

Yes, that's a great idea, these days when people are habitual in using apps, and credit or debit cards for paying money so they forget their budget if they have to pay money in cash they may remember what is their budget.

Agree, i always have a list if i want to do groceries. And stick to that list. Eventho i'm using my debit card to pay for it, its still save me from unnecessary spending as long as i stick to the list that i made

I prefer paying things in cash. In this way, I control my expenses.
Well it will be a better means for one to maintain his finance but the stress of moving around with cash and the risk of robbery doesn't leave people with much choice
You are right with your assertion. We learn alot as we grow older and even do things differently.
Covid 19 was teaching us a lot of things and saving money is one of them. I never tho that we will experience this covid 19 and when its happens, people panic bought basic needs and we need saving money to do that.
I learned the same thing too. It isn't good not to have saved money . it is very bad.
Sure you can take advantage of the period to get all the discount. And this discounts come mostly with cash payment
I prefer to use credit card because of the cashback. You may also get discounts at some stores. My credit card is free, and I always pay my credit card bill on time, I have never paid any interest.
