Bitcoin opponent Peter Schiff claims that Micheal Sylor should be charged like Kim for promoting Bitcoin, but Sylor has answered hack that Bitcoin is Commodity, so it is not under SEC.

Bitcoin is a monetary commodity. It posses all monetary qualities expect that it is not under regulation of any govt authority. No govt can control it just as they can control fiat currencies.
