US SEC has finally charged SBF, the ex FTX boss is on bail for multiple suits, SEC's another lawsuit isn't going to help, because it's just a security and crypto question .

I am expecting this before now? The way SBF handle the crisis call for serious concern. SEC as a body have every right to protect investors from exploitation from dubious companies.

I have no objection to the Sec for fining SBF over the allegation of of defrauding FTX investors. If the matter could be proved, then SBF should be answerable.

Isn't it Gary Gensler, the SEC Chairman, is a former professor on MIT, where SBF and Alameda's Ellison has graduated?

SBF as made a grave mistake but majority of the fault is from him because he was unable to manage the exchange properly.

With the way SEC is handling this case, you'll think they're trying to provide a soft landing for SBF. This issue happened last year and up till now nothing concrete has been done.
