Selling banner ads through banner exchange

I have got some credits for showing ads from a banner exchange, is there any way I can sell the banner advertising on websites in the network? Has anyone got any experience in selling banner advertising?

Every banner exchange website have its TOS. The best bet is to read the TOS of the website or make enquiries from the admin. Most don't, but there may be one or two that will allow such. Nowadays, people are not too use to using exchange to drive traffic.

Can you clarify which is the best source of traffic at present, which has become an alternative for traffic exchange ,how much does a visitor cost using this method?
