Selling Fixed Asset to Start a Business

You need money to start a business. Would you sell your fixed assets (land, house, etc.) to fund your business if you do not have money but want to start a business any how?

I don't think that I can sell my real estate properties to start a business unless I receive double the value of the property.

it depends on the type of assets. if it is an asset of no future value why not I can flip it easily to start a business

For me l wouldn't sell my fixed assets over starting any business. I would rather take loans and use the assets as the loans guarantee.

Yes I would sell my asset to start a business. That is how a lot of people started. . If I do not have enough capital, I would apply sell one of the assets to start off

I have been so many people do this and it works well for them. It is all about the kind of business you want to start and the expertise you have to make it succeed.
