Create a plan to back up and recover your website. Identify the data you need to back up and create a schedule for backups. Establish a process to test your backups and document the steps you need to take to restore the website in the event of an emergency. Finally, ensure that all backups are stored securely off-site.

I have enabled automatic backup on my cpanel, which eases my work of manual backup. I also sometimes do a manual backup.
