Short and Long-Term Goals at Work

What are your short-term and long-term career goals, and how can you work to better achieve them? I know I need to do generally better at pacing myself, so I can do the job a little more effectively. Sometimes I feel like I need to rush through work goals, instead of taking my time to make sure things are done correctly, and done with pride.

My long-term goal for my business is for my business name to become very popular and also be a big brand that I will be proud of and I'm working towards it
