Floating holidays are vacations given to employees to enjoy fresh air outside the office, a different atmosphere and circumstances will reduce stress due to office work, so they can return to work with renewed enthusiasm. Floating holidays are usually done on beaches, mountains, wilderness, camping etc. Floating holidays can be made on legal holidays/public holidays or on other working days (not weekends).In my opinion, Floating Day will be very useful for reducing stress and work pressure and can increase concentration, new enthusiasm, familiarity among employees, team collaboration, etc.

I totally agree with you, every entrepreneur should not only think about profits but also vacations for their employees, which in turn can increase their work productivity. So the floating holiday will be mutually beneficial for the owner and the employee.

Yes, I think it's a great idea to implement. By giving them vacation tickets with several employees, for example 2-3 employees, so that the company's operations can continue as usual.

It is a must to have good mental health for the employees. There are times workers feel suffocated working daily at the same place which seems like insanity. They need recreation too.

Yes, the company should have prepared a budget for floating holidays at least once a year, so this can be realized for employee floating holidays. and the company will be able to make a budget, for example 10 percent of net profit, which will be categorized as an expense and will reduce taxable income.

I think that is a good one but I do g think it happens like that here in my country. Well, I don't really know how it goes on here but I will make my research about it and give you a feedback
