Some argue that playing in the church is an act of service rendered to divinity and should not attract payment. I believe they are giving out their skills and should be piad for that.
Should Church musicians be paid a salary/ wage?

This one depends on the church in question. Some churches are well off enough that are able to pay all the people who take part on the day to day church activities, while others can't afford it. However for me it's a quite a good thing for the church musicians and singers to get paid by the church.
