Should employers allow their workers bring their pets to work?

I will forever say no. Not everyone loves pets. If workers bring pets to work, a lot of client's will runaway because some of them will be very scared of pets

Very true, i remember when my boss brought his dog to work some time back. A lot of customers stopped passing where the dog was kept, they all had to go pass through the other way.

It is not good. Also it is not business wise, allowing employees carry their pets to their places of works. It causes not only distractions but also indolent in the part of the employees.

This is the same as me because I see no reason why you will bring a pet to where you are doing your business and you're not even considering other people if they are scared of pets or not

Yes, that's right. If you have your pet at work you will not be able to concentrate on what you are doing.

The saddest thing about this is that some of these pets are not friendly and they may harm the clients so it is not advisable to bring their pets to work

Any of my staff who bring pets to my workplace will be sacked. Some pets are not friendly and some of us are very scared of pets

It's not nice. I used to have a tailor who has a pet. I was always scared of going there. At some point, I stopped patronizing her

If you're a pet lover like me, you'll understand how great it is that I can bring my pet with me to the office. But rules are rules, and we have to abide by them. Plus, there are some reasons why not everyone is comfortable with this idea.

We have a creche here where ladies who work in the company can bring their kids to be taken care of, similarly, a place can be made by an employer where the pets can be kept, of course, the employer may charge a fee for it.
