Should I manage a school by myself as the business owner?

Supposing I own a school now. It is completely funded by me. Is it wrong for me to manage the school by myself without the need of a principal? Who should have the decision making power in a school? The proprietor or the principal?

Being an owner needs to employ a principal and teachers to work with him or her. If his or her profession is related to education major, the he or she can also be the head master of the school.

The owner of the school should take the last decision but it does not stop you from getting imput from others.

Managing a school is a very good business provided that you already have an educational certificate from the tertiary institution

l know of my country whereby the school manager is supposed to be at least five years experience in the related field for the truth of the matter so to speak.
