Let's first know what is autocratic. An autocratic is having the power over as the whole. If the workers do not follow orders and can't do the job, it is the manager's job to replace them.I do not think it is a good role for a manager to do this.He or she knows what needs to be done, but to practice communication in a two-way street.

An autocratic leadership comes with little to no benefits to the leaders that practice such. you would just be harsh for nothing because the juniors or subordinates would revolt such

There should be a balance between autocratic and being humane. You don't have to be too firm to be a good business leader and you don't have to be too soft. A midpoint is the best.

I do not like working for a boss who is autocratic. Even I am his/her subordinate, I expect him/her to treat me with respect, listen to my opinion. An autocratic boss will not gain respect from his/her subordinates.

Well it mostly depends on the kind of business you are running though, in some cases it would be best for the business owner to have others he or she can delegate some level of authority to as well.

What I have come to see has made me to believe that autocracy is the best leadership style for humans. Most people always take advantage of mild leaders to misbehave knowing that they won't face strong sanctions.

I perfectly understand your point because humans tend to abuse everything. But being completely autocratic would drive away staff from the boss. And most times, it leads to conspiracy against the boss.

I don't think it's a nice idea for business managers to be autocratic as it gives them room to be totalitarians.
I believe that everyone has a right to speak in matters concerning growrh

An autocratic manager would not be able to achieve the goals of an organization. That is because humans would always resent any situation that has to do with force. Diplomacy is far better than autocracy.

When a manager is autocratic, the morale of the staff would be lowered because they would not be able to freely express themselves. And such a work environment impedes creativity.
