The live chat support is one of many chat systems which is used by so many people. So, when it comes to using customer support, do you think that live chat should be used?

Currently live chat support is rarely used, because Whatsapp already exists, so that customer complaints will be responded to personally, we can also save the customer number for future promotions

Think is important for you to have a live chat support on your referral for any business that you have. It is important so that issues and problems can be solved instantaneously without having to be delayed. That gives customers confidence

I prefer live chat support over phone support. I dislike calling Hotline for support because usually I have to wait for a long time for a support person to talk to me.

Live support is better. Clients and customers get support and help as soon as they need it instead of having to wait which is really anoyong when you need urgent help.

If you can afford it, it would go a long way to enhance customer service and consumer confidence. I don't seem to know the cost implication of having such a service set up on your business.

If you are running any kind of business I do believe you should have access to live support. Many people nowadays would much rather use live chat support than call and have to sit in a queue on the phone so it would be beneficial to your business to have a live support feature that they can use. I wouldn't advise it for really small businesses unless you had enough to be able to offer a service like that though, something like the ability to contact you would be a better option when you are small until you can get something like that in place.

If your business is something that runs online 24/7 I believe that it is very important for you to have your live chat support so that whenever customers come online they will be attended to before you are available to take over.
