that is all part of advert gimmicks. If they dont try to convince, how would such sites get publishers to register?. All the same, they must beat down their advert rates for them to get customers.

We don't have to blame the ad network companies. The industry has become so many that the advertisers are looking for one with huge traffic but less cost. It is the publishers that will bear the burden.
