( Statement of the site administrators) They support work. I want to join this powerful forum., but there are many requirements. We have to submit our CV/ Resume. Stack Overflow is also a popular forum. You may want to apply. It talks bout technology. There are many jobs you may like to choose.

I dislike websites that wants us to upload our CV and other vital details and this is what I noticed on upwork too so I don't join these websites even if they pay more

Yes, and that is what discourages me to apply, why must they require my personal data when it is a forum site? I will not apply for sure but others here may like to apply.

Well, I don't think it is a bad idea but if we look at it closely, it is actually a bad idea because I wonder why we will be asked to submit our CV on a website we don't know and we have our information on it

Ok thanks for sharing this, I usually think that stackoverflow is a forum specifically made for technology related discussions, where you tend to ask questions concerning your programming niche and also contribute to others.

It is not a forum and I am glad that were able to learn something and that is why we are on forums to interact so that we can learn instead of just making posts that are not quality all the time

It is not even reasonable for any kind of platform online to tell people to send their curriculum vitae without us knowing the person who owns the platform if we can trust the person or not

I am always very careful when it comes to sharing my data with people or with company especially the ones that I am not familiar with. Even if they want to pay me for dropping my information, I won't take it
