Staff or Member?

Do you enjoy more being a staff or member? I enjoy being both and can be both. Can you personally enjoy and be both too yourself?

I enjoy being a member as compares to being part of the staff. I feel like being a member has more weight to it.

Nothing is bad being both. In most forums, dedicated members are usually elevated to the status of staff so they can help organize the forum.

In staff, you have responsibilities of other members as well, but as a member, you are responsible for your own.

I do not like being staffed on someone else's forums unless I am being renumerated for my job. I work on my own sites.

I sometimes hire paid posters for my forums but not on a regular basis. I cannot afford to pay for posters regularly.

I prefer being a member, not that I do not have any interest in being a staff but the truth is that I won't have enough time to work as a staff due to my business schedule.
