Yeah I would always go with any chance that will bring me huge amount of profit even if with a loan

Exactly I never advocated for this . it is better to borrow from friends than take a loan.

I also don't like take loan because of the interest. But if the owner of the business has done his or her research well to ensure that the profit is reasonable, then it is fine to collect a loan
