I'm not aware of other countries but in India if you can take a canteen in an hospital then you can expect to make good money. Yes you need to pay fee for that but you can make good money with it.

It is a lucrative business but it involves all activities. In most countries, government don't allow such in the hospital. In Nigeria, before you get such a space you must bribe your way to the top.

I have eaten in hospital several times, it used to be cheap (no outside tax), but now it's changing..

it is same in Nigeria you are sure of making money with cateen either in school or hospital

This is not only profitable in India alone, it is also idealistic in Nigeria as well. Even though, the hospital management may provide feeding for their patients, the patients attendants would have to patronize the hospital canteen for their feeding.

In my country I can see this one is really working especially in government hospitals where the rates for turn up among the citizens and the care givers are higher. Also canteen businesses do so well in schools.

The hospital itself can start the business by employing people to do it did them. It seem to be a very good business. It is a nice one
