So you can take advantage as a photographer and start this business by specializing in new home photo packages.

You can charge your clients both on an hourly fee or a session depending on the bargain. You can also charge sperately for post-shoot photo editing to make the images more flossing,properly cropped, colored,etc

I do not think this kind of business is profitable any more. That's because most people already have high end mobile phones with good camera and they can take their own photos.

This niche is not really popular in my country. Just specialize on a popular aspect of photography and this might come in as special contracts.
