Stocks Vs. Real Estate

If you have money, you can start investing in stocks, real estate, or both. You can start investing in stocks with small funds, however, real estate needs a lot of investment. Stock investment is somewhat risky, however, real estate is a comparatively safer investment. What is your preference when it comes to investment?

Even though shares can be purchased in stages, it's a risk. stocks are much higher than real estate. I like both as a diversification investment.

There is nothing like real estate. It appreciates overtime. It has stability. I would rather invest in real estate than on stocks.

Truth be told if i have the capital to do both, i would do them. I have always wanted to invest in real estate, stock on the other hand is something i have always wanted to try as well. If i have the option to choose just one, i would go for real estate.

Stocks and real estate a very good way to make money because both investment are stable but I prefer real estate.

If I have enough capital, I would do both. At the moment, I can only afford to buy stocks because real estates in Hong Kong is really expensive. I would prefer to buy stocks to get dividends. That is a great source of passive income.

Real estate is money secure but income is lower and you must be more active like observe tenants if you rent apartment. In stocks you sign paper and later just follow market from computer.
